Wow, it is 2014!  With a new year seems to come the habit of people setting goals for themselves.
For some it may be to finally do something on your “to do list” no matter how old the list is –   Household maintenance, calling an old friend, seeing a national landmark…
For others it may be to help a cause by volunteering your time, or raising money for a charity close to your heart –  Helping at a local food pantry, running a marathon for cancer research…
And for many others the goal may be to kick that bad habit that impedes your quality of life- smoking, drinking to excess, losing extra pounds that crept up BEFORE the holidays…

Resolutions aren’t painful and shouldn’t require much time.  They only require commitment.  If your resolve doesn’t dissolve by the end of the week, you are doing great!!
